High Risk Activity definition

High Risk Activity means any situation where the use or failure of the Product could be reasonably expected to lead to death, bodily injury, or environmental damage. Examples include full or partial autonomous vehicle technology, medical life-support technology, emergency response services, nuclear facilities operation, and air traffic control.
High Risk Activity means an undertaking, including processes involving substances that present a likelihood of harm to health or the environment;
High Risk Activity means any situation, activity or exposure could be reasonably expected to lead to illness, bodily injury, or is expected to aggravate a prior illness or injury.
