High Yield Documents definition

High Yield Documents means the High Yield Note Indenture, the High Yield Notes, and the related guarantees, notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the High Yield Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the High Yield Notes or otherwise entered into in connection with the High Yield Indenture, as each may be amended, restated, modified, extended, renewed, replaced or supplemented from time to time.
High Yield Documents has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.10.
High Yield Documents means the High Yield Trust Deed, the High Yield Notes and all other documents evidencing the terms of the High Yield Notes and any other document or agreement entered into or executed pursuant thereto or in connection therewith;

  • Designate any Loan Party as an “Unrestricted Subsidiary”, unless such Loan Party has been designated as an “Unrestricted Subsidiary” (a) in accordance with and as permitted under each Senior High Yield Indenture as in effect on (x) the Closing Date or (y) with respect to any Senior High Yield Documents entered into after the Closing Date in accordance with the terms hereof, the date such documents are entered into and (b) in compliance with, and subject to the conditions specified in, Section 10.2.3(k).
