HIPAA Security Regulations definition

HIPAA Security Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the security of Electronic Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart C.
HIPAA Security Regulations means the HIPAA Security Regulations codified at 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164 Subpart A and Subpart C, and Subpart D.
HIPAA Security Regulations means the Standards for Security of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R. part 160 and subparts A and C of part 164.
