Examples of Holder Designees in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, and to the extent the Holder is permitted to designate Holder Designees pursuant to Section 2.1(b) above, the Company agrees that, in addition to membership on the Transaction Committee (as defined below), each of the Holder Designees shall serve as a member on at least one committee of the Board as recommended by the Nominating Committee and determined by the Board.

  • Permitted Holders means (a) the Investors and (b) any Person with which one or more Investors form a “group” (within the meaning of Section 14(d) of the Exchange Act) so long as, in the case of this clause (b), the relevant Investors beneficially own more than 50% of the relevant voting stock beneficially owned by the group.
