Holiday Decorations. The following criteria apply when decorating campus housing: A) Only artificial decorations may be used indoors. Live/natural Christmas trees are prohibited. B) Cloth, cotton batting, straw, vines, leaves and ▇▇▇▇ may not be used for decorative effect. C) Only mini-lights may be used on artificial trees and wreaths. D) All lighting must be UL approved. E) Electric lights may not be used on metallic trees. F) Any freestanding artificial decorations must be properly supported and located so as not to block an access/egress route.
Holiday Decorations means temporary signs in the nature of decorations, clearly incidental to, and customarily and commonly associated with, any national, local, or religious holiday. Any other provision of this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, such signs may be of any type, number, area, height, location, illumination, or animation.
Holiday Decorations. Live trees, decorations or greenery (wreaths) are considered a fire hazard when not properly cared for. Management will allow live decorations during the Christmas season only with prior approval. Tenants interested in displaying live trees, decorations or wreaths should contact the office for more information before purchasing them. Tenants may put up lights or other holiday decorations in the public areas only with permission from Management.

Holiday Decorations means noncommercial signs, graphics, or other materials that are temporarily displayed during civic, patriotic, cultural, and/or religious holidays.
