HOLIDAYS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY definition

HOLIDAYS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. If a Holiday set forth above falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the Holiday. If a Holiday set forth above falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the Holiday. Existing Holidays whose dates are changed by Congressional Law shall be changed in this Article.
HOLIDAYS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. When a holiday listed herein falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed. When a holiday listed herein falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed.

  • Public Holidays means public holidays under NI Act., at the place where the Equipment is located, when banks are closed for business.

  • Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • Day means calendar day.

  • Banking Day means each day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearing System and the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer-System (TARGET2) ("TARGET2") are open for business.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.

  • LIBOR Banking Day has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b)(1).

  • New York City Banking Day means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in New York City;

  • New York Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which banking institutions in New York City are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

  • Market Day means a day on which the SGX-ST is open for trading in securities;

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
