Home Improvement Center means an establishment over 30,000 square feet selling various household goods, tools, and Building materials, household appliances, electronic equipment, household Animal supplies, and nursery products.
Home Improvement Center is defined in Recital C. The Agency hereby approves Lowe’s which is owned and operated by Lowe’s HIW, Inc., a Washington corporation or its affiliate (collectively, “Lowe’s”) as the Home Improvement Center.
