Homebuilding Business definition

Homebuilding Business means the business of designing and constructing single family homes, the “Mortgage Financing Business” shall mean the origination, underwriting, closing, placement or sale of residential home mortgages (new home construction only), and the “Settlement Services Business” shall mean the brokering of title insurance and the performance of title searches related to loan closings in connection with the Mortgage Financing Business.
Homebuilding Business means homebuilding, housing construction, home sales, and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing, title insurance and other goods and services to home buyers, home owners and other occupants of homes.
Homebuilding Business and "Mortgage Financing Business" shall mean the business of designing, constructing, and/or the origination, underwriting, placement or sale of residential home mortgages at any location within any Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (as determined by the Census Bureau, Department of Commerce, United States Government) in which is located any office of the Company which has been assigned to the Executive's area of managerial responsibility at any time within the last two years of the employment of the Executive with the Company.

Homebuilding Business means, as to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the business of developing, constructing and marketing single-family and multifamily detached or attached homes and homesites within master-planned residential communities or other parcels of land owned, acquired or developed by them, but not including the business of owning, operating, developing, constructing or marketing Resort Properties.
