Hong Kong Regulators means HKFE, SFC, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and/or any other regulatory or supervisory corporation, organization or body in Hong Kong having jurisdiction or regulatory or supervisory power or authority over the Transactions;

Hong Kong Regulators means the SEHK and the SFC;

Hong Kong Regulators means the Exchange, the Securities and Futures Commission and/or any other regulator in Hong Kong having jurisdiction over Transactions in Securities;

• You shall also inform the Hong Kong Regulators of the identity, address, occupation and contact details of any third party (if different from the client/the ultimate beneficiary) who originated the transaction.

• This has been recognised by the Hong Kong Regulators who allow us to comply with the Rules if you agree to provide the Client Information to the Hong Kong Regulators directly.

• In the case where the Client’s investment discretion has been overridden, the Client shall, immediately upon request by CAL (which request shall include the relevant contact details of the Hong Kong Regulators), inform the Hong Kong Regulators of the identity, address, occupation and contact details of the person(s) who has or have given the instruction in relation to the Transactions.
