Horizon 2020 Legal Basis definition

Horizon 2020 Legal Basis means the Regulation 1291/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 establishing Horizon 2020 and Council Decision of 3 December 2013 establishing the specific programme implementing Horizon 2020.
Horizon 2020 Legal Basis means the Regulation 1291/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 establishing Horizon 2020 and Council Decision of 3 December 2013 establishing the specific programme implementing Horizon 2020. "IFRS" means international accounting standards within the meaning of IAS Regulation 1606/2002 to the extent applicable to the relevant financial statements. "Indemnifiable Prepayment Event" means a prepayment event under Article 4.03A other than paragraph 4.03A(2) or 4.03A(5). "Interest Revision/Conversion" means the determination of new financial conditions relative to the interest rate, specifically the same interest rate basis ("revision") or a different interest rate basis ("conversion") which can be offered for the remaining term of a Tranche or until a next Interest Revision/Conversion Date, if any, for an amount which, at the proposed Interest Revision/Conversion Date, is not less than EUR 10,000,000 (ten million euros) or the equivalent thereof. "Interest Revision/Conversion Date" means the date, which shall be a Payment Date, specified by the Bank pursuant to Article 1.02B in the Disbursement Offer or pursuant to Article 3 and Schedule D. "Interest Revision/Conversion Proposal" means a proposal made by the Bank pursuant to Schedule D. "Interest Revision/Conversion Request" means a written notice from a Borrower, delivered at least 75 (seventy-five) days before an Interest Revision/Conversion Date, requesting the Bank to submit to it an Interest Revision/Conversion Proposal.   • S&P Recovery Rate With respect to a Collateral Obligation, the recovery rate set forth in Section 1 of Schedule 4 using the Initial Rating of the most senior Class of Secured Notes Outstanding at the time of determination.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Trial preparation record means any record that contains information that is specifically compiled in reasonable anticipation of, or in defense of, a civil or criminal action or proceeding, including the independent thought processes and personal trial preparation of an attorney.

  • CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Reconciliation of Funds Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally; provided that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Certificate Administrator.

  • Interest Rate Basis means the Base Rate or the Eurodollar Basis, as applicable.

  • Indirect cost rate proposal has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Moody’s Recovery Rate With respect to any Collateral Obligation, as of any date of determination, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the following, in the following order of priority:

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to an HMO for each enrolled recipient for the provision of covered medical and health services whether or not the enrolled recipient received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated April 28, 1994 and May 21, 1994 between the Borrower and the Association;

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Interest Basis means the First Interest Basis or the Second Interest Basis, as applicable.

  • 30/360 Basis The accrual of interest calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate or the Default Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loans means Loans that bear interest at an interest rate based on the Alternate Base Rate.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Standard Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the Bank's announced Prime Rate minus 0% per annum, and each change in the Standard Rate shall be effective on the date any change in the Prime Rate is publicly announced as being effective.

  • Base Rate Basis means a simple interest rate equal to the sum of (i) the Base Rate and (ii) the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances for the applicable Loans. The Base Rate Basis shall be adjusted automatically as of the opening of business on the effective date of each change in the Base Rate to account for such change, and shall also be adjusted to reflect changes of the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances.
