Hospitality Area definition

Hospitality Area means an area such as a suite or lounge at a Match or Event to which the Client and Attendees are granted access by virtue of having purchased a Hospitality Package;
Hospitality Area means the Grappa Shed; roof top function areas on apartment buildings, the coffee container and other facilities to be determined in the Neighbourhood;
Hospitality Area means the Venue or part of the Venue where the pre-booked catering and bar services forming part of the Package are provided, as set out in the Booking Form;

  • Any unauthorised presence in the Venue or the Hospitality Area will be removed.

  • Customer may reduce the amount of tickets on hold at the time of payment in full as long as the total number of tickets is not fewer than the minimum ticket purchase required for use of the Suite, Club Deck, or Hospitality Area as applicable.

  • In order to operate a marquee in the Hospitality Area for the Event, the Marquee Holder must hire a Marquee through IMNZ.

  • No access to a designated Hospitality Area will be granted without the necessary accreditation pass, general access Ticket and any other document required in terms of Venue regulations being presented on request.

  • Glassware may not be removed from the Hospitality Area and taken out onto the seating area.

  • The VIP Hospitality Area or Areas must be organized by the LOC and should be situated close to the VIP seats.

  • The Hospitality Area should be open and provide hospitality one hour before the start of the first game and should close 30 minutes after the end of the last game of the day.

  • The Community Council has been approached by Mumbles Rugby Club with a request to fund the hire of 4 picnic tables for a 4-week period starting on 30/04/2021 so that they can set up an Outdoor Hospitality Area during the period when premises can only serve customers outdoors.


More Definitions of Hospitality Area

Hospitality Area means any location or facility either offsite or at the site of the Venue to which Customers and Guests are admitted, by virtue of the rights afforded by a Hospitality Package, to enjoy the provision of official Event hospitality services and benefits.

  • Area of Specialty means the description of an MBE or WBE firm’s business which has been determined by the Chief Procurement Officer to be most reflective of the MBE or WBE firm’s claimed specialty or expertise. Each MBE/WBE letter of certification contains a description of the firm’s Area of Specialty. This information is also contained in the Directory (defined below). Credit toward this Contract’s MBE and WBE participation goals shall be limited to the participation of firms performing within their Area of Specialty.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • High radiation area means an area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels from radiation sources external to the body could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of one mSv (0.1 rem) in one hour at 30 centimeters from any source of radiation or 30 centimeters from any surface that the radiation penetrates.

  • Geographical Area means North America, Europe or Asia Pacific, as the case may be.

  • Business Area means an adjacent area that is zoned by a state, county, township, or municipal zoning authority for industrial or commercial purposes, customarily referred to as "b" or business, "c" or commercial, "i" or industrial, "m" or manufacturing, and "s" or service, and all other similar classifications and that is within a city, village, or charter township or is within 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township or is beyond 1 mile of the corporate limits of a city, village, or charter township and contains 1 or more permanent structures devoted to the industrial or commercial purposes described in this subdivision and that extends along the highway a distance of 800 feet beyond each edge of the activity. Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Public area means any portion of a state or municipal building that is open to and accessible by the public or which is otherwise designated as a public area by the governing body or the chief administrative officer, if no governing body exists, of such building.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
