Any unauthorised presence in the Venue or the Hospitality Area will be removed.
Customer may reduce the amount of tickets on hold at the time of payment in full as long as the total number of tickets is not fewer than the minimum ticket purchase required for use of the Suite, Club Deck, or Hospitality Area as applicable.
In order to operate a marquee in the Hospitality Area for the Event, the Marquee Holder must hire a Marquee through IMNZ.

No access to a designated Hospitality Area will be granted without the necessary accreditation pass, general access Ticket and any other document required in terms of Venue regulations being presented on request.
The VIP Hospitality Area or Areas must be organized by the LOC and should be situated close to the VIP seats.
The Hospitality Area should be open and provide hospitality one hour before the start of the first game and should close 30 minutes after the end of the last game of the day.
Glassware may not be removed from the Hospitality Area and taken out onto the seating area.
Attendees shall ensure that any accreditation pass / access permit is worn in the prescribed way (e.g. wrapped around the wrist or worn around the neck) and must be visible (or shown on request), failing which the Attendee may be removed from the Hospitality Area and / or the Venue.
If an Attendee fails to comply with the applicable Venue and Hospitality Area regulations, they may be refused admission to the Venue and Hospitality Area or evicted from the Venue and Hospitality Area without refund or compensation.
