Hosted Services Defect definition

Hosted Services Defect means a defect, error or bug in the Platform having an adverse effect on the appearance, operation, functionality or performance of the Hosted Services, but excluding any defect, error or bug caused by or arising as a result of:

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
