Hosted Services Defect definition

Hosted Services Defect means a defect, error or bug in the Platform having an adverse effect on the appearance, operation, functionality or performance of the Hosted Services, but excluding any defect, error or bug caused by or arising as a result of:

  • In particular, the said warranties shall not apply to the extent that any Hosted Services Defect or Software Defect arose or was exacerbated as a result of any of the matters listed in CLAUSE 7.3.1 to 7.3.4.

Related to Hosted Services Defect

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
