Hosting System definition

Hosting System means any server, real or virtual, network, Internet connection, infrastructure, hardware and applications used by JetBrains to host Software.

Hosting System means the computer and network equipment owned and maintained by T2 Systems or its designated third party and the operating software licensed by T2 Systems or its designated third party.
Hosting System means the computer software in object code form owned or provided by GRS for which Subscriber has access granted pursuant to this Agreement, as well as updates and upgrades to the Hosting System, with any online documentation. GRS owns all right, title and interest in and to all versions of the Service and all data related to the Service, and the development, creation, and delivery thereof, including, without limitation, any patents, copyrights, service marks, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein, and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a transfer or assignment of any such rights. GRS shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub- licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate in the Service, or future product, any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, recommendations, information, or other feedback provided by Subscriber relating to the Service (“Feedback”). In no event shall Feedback be deemed to be Subscriber Confidential Information. GRS retains all ownership, right, title and interest in and to all versions as well as other proprietary rights, development creation, and delivery thereof of the Service. Subscriber agrees that, except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement, all other rights, and all title and interest in and to the Software (as an independent work and as an underlying work) and related documentation shall remain the sole and exclusive property of GRS, including all patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary rights therein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Subscriber does not receive any rights to any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights to the Software or related documentation.
Hosting System means (i) the Hosting Software; and (ii) all servers, networks, Internet connections, disk storage, software operating systems, and applications that are used by Host to operate the Website and make the Website available to users.
