Hotel Guest Data and Information definition

Hotel Guest Data and Information means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Starwood or its Affiliates, whether obtained or derived by Starwood, Seller, Operating Tenant or their Affiliates from: (a) guests or customers of the Hotel or any facility associated with the Hotel; (b) guests or customers of any other hotel or lodging property (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by a Starwood Entity, or any facility associated with such hotels or other properties (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (c) any other sources and databases, including Starwood brand websites, Starwood central reservations database, operational data base (ODS), Starwood Preferred Guest Program, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Starwood Integrated Property System, and the STARS Direct Program.
Hotel Guest Data and Information means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Seller or Operating Tenant, whether obtained or derived by Seller or Operating Tenant from guests or customers of the Hotel.

Hotel Guest Data and Information means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information in any database of Seller, whether obtained or derived by Seller from: (a) guests or customers of the Properties or any facility associated with the Properties; (b) guests or customers of any other hotel or lodging properties (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, managed, licensed or franchised by Seller, or any facility associated with such hotels or other properties (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (c) any other sources and databases, including the Franchisors' or Manager's brand websites and Franchisors' or Manager's central reservations database and operational data base. This Section 39(d) shall survive the Closing.
Hotel Guest Data and Information means all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to any guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information, whether obtained or derived by Seller Group or Hotel Management Company from guests or customers of the Hotels; provided, however, that for purposes of this Agreement and the Excluded Property, Hotel Guest Data and Information shall expressly exclude any information or other data owned by or in the possession of Hotel Management Company and/or Franchisor or which is proprietary to Seller Group, Hotel Management Company and/or Franchisor.

  • Electronically Stored Information means any system backup tapes, any electronic mail (whether on an exchange or other similar system), any data on personal computers and any data on server hard drives.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.
