Customer Profiles. On or prior to the first Purchase Date, Buyer shall provide to Disbursement Agent an initial customer profile in a form and substance as determined by Buyer and as is reasonably acceptable to Disbursement Agent (the "Customer Profile"), which will include each Class to be purchased under the Repurchase Agreement (i.e., Conforming Mortgage Loan, Jumbo Mortgage Loan, Alt-A First Mortgage Loan, Alt-A Second Mortgage Loan, Sub-Prime First Mortgage Loan, Sub-Prime Second Mortgage Loan, Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan or Repurchased Mortgage Loan) together with the related Market Values, Purchase Percentages, Sub-Limits, Pricing Spread and other relevant information, together with the calculations required to be performed in order to determine the Asset Value, Purchase Price, Pricing Differential and Pricing Spread for each such Class. The Customer Profile shall, at any time and from time to time, be in a form and substance as determined by the Buyer and as is reasonably acceptable to the Disbursement Agent. Each Customer Profile delivered by Buyer shall supersede the previous Customer Profile and Disbursement Agent shall utilize the most recently delivered Customer Profile on each day with respect to all transactions hereunder. Promptly upon receipt of a Customer Profile, Disbursement Agent shall verbally confirm with Buyer all changes to each field since the most recently delivered Customer Profile.

Customer Profiles. Company agrees that, within the capabilities of its system architecture and to the extent that such information is readily available, to make available to Kaching Kaching customer profiles and recent product order histories (estimated to be a minimum six (6) to twelve (12) month history), subject to local privacy laws.
Customer Profiles. A Recipient (and a Community Partner, if appropriate) shall compile such data on the gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, or other information on individuals that utilize its products and services as the CDFI Fund shall prescribe in an Assist- ance Agreement. Such data will be used to determine whether residents of Investment Area(s) or members of Tar- geted Population(s) are adequately served and to evaluate the impact of the CDFI Program.
Customer Profiles. (a) Any Administrator may at any time add Accounts of the Company, for which the Administrators are Authorized Signors, to a Customer Profile for which that person is an Administrator via the Website; provided, however, all Account(s) must have the same specific title or name for the Account that identifies the owner of such Account, as designated on the Bank’s records. (b) Bank shall have no obligation at any time to accept enrollment of any Customer Profile in the KBO Service, or to provide or continue to provide the KBO Service for any Customer Profile. Bank may also, at any time and from time to time, establish limits on or eligibility criteria for the types or number of Customer Profiles for which the KBO Service is provided. (c) To the extent that Bank permits or continues to permit Companies to have more than one Customer Profile, Company shall be responsible for all actions and omissions of any Administrator or other User of any Customer Profile, including, without limitation, ensuring communication and coordination among all Administrators and all other Users of all Customer Profiles and for coordinating actions and avoiding any duplicate or conflicting actions.
Customer Profiles. (a) Any Company, other than a Pubic Entity, may combine Customer Profiles by contacting KBO Customer Service and by following such directions as Bank may provide, which may include, without limitation, (i) Company's cancellation of the KBO Service with respect to such existing Customer Profiles and Company's enrollment of such new Customer Profile in the KBO Service or (ii) Company's execution and delivery of such Corporate Certificate and other agreements as Bank may require. As a condition of continuing to provide the KBO Service to Company, Bank may at any time require Company to combine or eliminate Customer Profiles. (b) Any Administrator may at any time add Accounts of the Company, for which the Administrators are Authorized Signors, to a Customer Profile for which that person is an Administrator via the Website or by contacting KBO Customer Service and, if requested, confirming such request in writing; provided, however, that if the Administrators are not authorized signors with respect to that Account, Bank may require completion of one or more Corporate Certificate with respect to that Account; and provided further, all Account(s) must have the same specific title or name for the Account that identifies the owner of such Account, as designated on the Bank’s records. (c) Bank shall have no obligation at any time to accept enrollment of any Customer Profile in the KBO Service, or to provide or continue to provide the KBO Service for any Customer Profile. Customer Profiles. XXX.XXX acknowledges that ownership of the Customer Profiles shall at all times remain with Rogers, and XXX.XXX assigns all right, title and interest in and to such Customer Profiles to Rogers. Except as otherwise expressly permitted hereunder, XXX.XXX shall not use any Customer Profiles other than in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Rogers acknowledges and agrees that XXX.XXX shall have the unrestricted right to retain and use information: (a) received by XXX.XXX from customers of the Canadian E- Commerce Service prior to the Effective Date; or (b) provided to XXX.XXX during the Term by customers of the Canadian E-Commerce Service as a result of a special voluntary registration process with XXX.XXX, and not as a result of the purchase by such customer of products or services from the Canadian E-Commerce Service.
