Hotel Personnel Costs definition

Hotel Personnel Costs means all costs associated with the employment, management or termination of Hotel Personnel, including training expenses, recruitment expenses, the costs of moving executive level Hotel Personnel, their families and their belongings to the area in which the Hotel is located at the commencement of their employment at the Hotel, wages and salaries, compensation (including incentive compensation) and benefits, employment taxes, training, and severance payments, all in accordance with Legal Requirements and Manager's policies for Other Hilton Hotels.
Hotel Personnel Costs means (i) all salaries paid to Hotel Personnel employed by Manager or an Affiliate of Manager and (ii) all costs and expenses associated with the employment or termination of all Hotel Personnel employed by Owner or an Affiliate of Owner, including recruitment expenses, the costs of moving any such executive-level Hotel Personnel, their families and their belongings to the area in which the Hotel is located at the commencement of their employment at the Hotel, compensation and benefits (including the value of any equity based benefits), employment Taxes, training expenses and severance payments, all in accordance with Applicable Laws and such other policies as may be established pursuant to this Agreement.
Hotel Personnel Costs means all costs associated with the employment, management or termination of Hotel Personnel, including training expenses, recruitment expenses, the costs of moving executive level Hotel Personnel,their families and their belongings to the area in which the Hotel is located at the commencement of their employment at the Hotel, wages and salaries, compensation and benefits, employment taxes, training, and severance payments, all in accordance with Legal Requirements and Manager's policies for Other Hilton Hotels.

Examples of Hotel Personnel Costs in a sentence

  • Manager shall pay all Hotel Personnel Costs of such employees and, except as set forth in Section 2.21.2.2 below, the amount of payments shall immediately be reimbursed to Manager by Owner in accordance with Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Except as set forth in Section 2.21.2.2 below, arrangements shall be made such that Manager can draw on the Lockbox Fund to transfer funds to such payroll accounts immediately upon its payment of such Hotel Personnel Costs.

Hotel Personnel Costs means all costs and expenses associated with the employment or termination of Hotel Personnel, including recruitment expenses, the costs of moving Senior Executive Personnel, their families and their belongings to the area in which the Hotel is located at the commencement of their employment at the Hotel, compensation and benefits, bonuses, training costs, employment taxes and severance payments, all in accordance with Applicable Laws and such other policies as may be established pursuant to this Agreement. Manager shall have the right to allocate the services and time of any Personnel between the Hotel and the Casino and the compensation and other costs of such Personnel shall be allocated on a fair and consistent basis.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Travel costs ’ means expenses for transportation, lodging, subsistence (meals and incidentals), and related expenses incurred by employees who are on travel status on official business of the recipient for any travel outside the country in which the organization is located. “Travel costs” do not include expenses incurred by employees who are not on official business of the recipient, such as rest and recuperation (R&R) travel offered as part of an employee’s benefits package that are consistent with the recipient’s personnel and travel policies and procedures.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities.   • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Overhead means those amounts which are intended to recover a proportion of the Supplier’s or the Key Sub-Contractor’s (as the context requires) indirect corporate costs (including financing, marketing, advertising, research and development and insurance costs and any fines or penalties) but excluding allowable indirect costs apportioned to facilities and administration in the provision of Supplier Personnel and accordingly included within limb (a) of the definition of “Costs”;

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.
