HP Employee definition

HP Employee means an individual employed by or retained as a consultant to HP or its subsidiaries. “HP Supplier” means an individual, corporation, other business entity or separately operated business unit of an entity that regularly provides goods or services to HP or its subsidiaries, including without limitation any OEM, ODM or subcontractor.
