Examples of HP Group in a sentence

  • HP Group" means HP, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of HP (other than any member of the Agilent Group) immediately after the Separation Date, after giving effect to the Non-US Plan and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliate Company of HP after the Separation Date.

  • HP Indemnitees" means HP, each member of the HP Group and each of their respective directors, officers and employees.

  • Company shall execute all documents and instruments, and shall do all lawful acts, in each case as may be reasonably necessary, at HP’s request, to record or perfect the reserved rights of HP Group under this Agreement.

  • Each member of the Enterprise Group shall execute and deliver to HP (or such member of the HP Group as HP shall designate) any power of attorney or other similar document reasonably requested by HP (or such designee) in connection with any Tax Contest (as to which HP is the Controlling Party) described in this Section 10.

  • If an HP Group entity is involuntarily joined as a co-party plaintiff, Company shall take all steps reasonably requested by HP to attempt to remove them from the litigation.

  • Each member of the HP Group shall execute and deliver to Enterprise (or such member of the Enterprise Group as Enterprise shall designate) any power of attorney or other similar document requested by Enterprise (or such designee) in connection with any Tax Contest (as to which Enterprise is the Controlling Party) described in this Section 10.

  • Enterprise shall be liable for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the HP Group from and against any liability for, Pre-Distribution Period Taxes which are allocated to Enterprise under this Section 2, with such amounts to be calculated on the basis that each member of the HP Group is an HP Full Taxpayer.

  • Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.
