HSE Plan definition

HSE Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10A.
HSE Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10A and also means “ES&H Plan”.
HSE Plan means Health, Safety and Environmental Plan prepared by the Contractor for implementation at site, based on and including, without limitation to various Clauses of the Conditions of Contract pertaining to Safety, Health and environment; and approved by the Project Manager.

  • Project Manager shall keep Company advised of any material failure by a Project Contractor to adhere to the HSE Plan and shall ensure that Project Contractors promptly correct all observed deficiencies.

More Definitions of HSE Plan

HSE Plan shall have the meaning set forth in subsection (a) of Section 2.7 (Health and Safety and Environmental Protection).
HSE Plan means (a) prior to the Commercial Operation Date, a Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan relating to the period of construction of the Project, satisfactory in form and substance to the Lenders, and (b) after the Commercial Operation Date, the Health, Safety, and Environmental Plan relating to the period of operation of the Project, satisfactory in form and substance to the Lenders.
HSE Plan means the plan in respect of HSE prepared in accordance with Article 5.12. Hydrocarbons mean all substances which are subject to and covered by the Contract, including Liquid Hydrocarbons and Natural Gas.

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.

  • Option Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;
