Human Material definition

Human Material means any biological samples of one or more Subjects collected, provided or utilized by BioNTech during the Research and Development Plan pursuant to this Agreement.
Human Material means the Biospecimens, and/or any Clinical Data (including information on the Specimen Tracking Manifest and the Required Clinical Data Elements) collected under the Protocol, that are transferred by the Provider to a Recipient under this Agreement, as listed in Appendix A. For the sake of clarity, CIDC will not receive any Biospecimens. The only Human Material received by CIDC will be Clinical Data.
Human Material means the Biospecimens, and/or any accompanying data or other information (including information on the Specimen Tracking Manifest and the Required Clinical Data Elements) collected under the Protocol, that are transferred by the Provider to the CIMAC-CIDC.

More Definitions of Human Material

Human Material means the Biospecimens, and/or any Clinical Data or other information (including information on the Specimen Tracking Manifest and the Required Clinical Data Elements) collected under the Protocol, that are transferred by the Provider to a Recipient under this Agreement, as listed in each Letter of Transfer (an example is provided in Appendix A).
Human Material has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.

Human Material means material that is directly obtained from human subjects (including genomic DNA and isolated RNA) and derivatives of material originally obtained from human subjects that are identified or coded (including infectious agents). Entity acknowledges that Research Material provided by NCI may be subject to the NCI Letter of Collection with the Source Country of the Research Material. For purposes of clarity, “Source Country” will refer to the country which has provided the raw natural product from which the specific chemical substance under investigation was derived.
Human Material is defined in Paragraph 11(f).
Human Material means cells, cell cultures, blood, fluids, tissues, genetic material and genetic information (including data or results derived from DNA or RNA) of one or more Subjects provided or utilized by Valneva to conduct the Development Plan pursuant to this Agreement.
