IFS Services definition

IFS Services shall have the meaning given to it in section 3.4 below.

  • Client is solely responsible for all results of its use of the IFS Services.

  • When providing ID Subjects with access to the IFS Services via the Internet, Client will adopt, publish, maintain and adhere to a privacy policy and upon request, provide a copy of Clients privacy policy.

  • Client has the right to transmit and authorize the use of ID Subject Content and hereby authorizes the use of ID Subject Content as required to perform the IFS Services; analyze, enhance or improve the performance of the IFS Services; and disclose ID Subject Content as required by law or the operation of the IFS Services.

  • Client certifies that it will use Credit Bureau identity and fraud services (“IFS Services”) exclusively within Clients own organization for the purpose of verifying the identity of individual persons (ID Subjects) who initiates a business transaction with the Client and not for any other purpose; and that it will use and ensure that its employees access to the IFS Services is in accordance with the terms of the Client Agreement.

  • The IFS Service will be provided only with respect to those wireless carriers that have authorized the use of such data in connection with the provision of IFS Services, and then only to the extent and for the period that such data is available or provided by such wireless carriers.

  • Client will not share or permit the use of the IFS Services, in whole or in part, with any third party.

  • This AUP shall only apply to the OTP and not to any IFS Services otherwise described in the Agreement.

  • Client will not (i) use or access the IFS Services outside the territorial boundaries of the United States, Canada, and the United States territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands (collectively, the “Permitted Territory”); regardless of whether such use or access is by off-shore Authorized Agents or authorized Service Providers or an off- shore department or division of Client, or (it) export or permit the export of the IFS Services outside of the Permitted Territory.

  • Client shall employ decision-making processes appropriate to the nature of the transaction and in accordance with industry standards, and Client will use the IFS Services only for the purposes set forth in this Integrator Schedule.

  • IFS will not materially decrease the overall security of any IFS Services with respect to Processing of Personal Data.

Related to IFS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed as a professional athlete or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team or with a professional sports organization.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
