ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. (An overview is available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇) By accepting this purchase order, you certify that you will comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and agree to provide to the University upon request any documentation required to establish either: (a) that Title 8, Chapter 14 is inapplicable to you and your subcontractors or sub-subcontractors; or (b) that you and your subcontractors or sub-subcontractors are in compliance with Title 8, Chapter 14. You agree to include in any contracts with your subcontractors language requiring your subcontractors to (a) comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14, and (b) include in their contracts with the sub-subcontractors language requiring the sub-subcontractors to comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: Vendor shall be considered to be an independent contractor and as such shall be wholly responsible for the work to be performed and for the supervision of its employees. Vendor represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in performing the services under this agreement. Such employees shall not be employees of, or have any individual contractual relationship with the University unless notified by the contractor in advance of an agreement of the University. INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY The contractor shall not use the name or markings of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ University for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, without the express written consent of the University. Contractors shall be liable for the disclosure of the College’s confidential information whether the disclosure is intentional, negligent, or accidental. INSPECT/REJECT: University reserves the right to inspect any equipment offered or completed service and to reject equipment or service if it is not acceptable as determined by University.
