Designated supervisor means the supervisor designated by the Superintendent of Schools or designee as the administrator’s supervisor.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Water Supervisor means the Water Supervisor of the appropriate local office of the Safe Drinking Water Branch of the Ministry, where the Works are geographically located;
investor of a Contracting Party means: (a) A natural person having the nationality of a Contracting Party in accordance with its applicable law; or (b) An enterprise constituted or organised under the applicable law of a Contracting Party; Making or having made an investment in the other Contracting Party's territory.
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided." Section 1.01 (26) shall be added to read as follows:
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Airport Manager means any individual who is properly appointed and designated by the airport owner as the airport manager, and who is responsible for the supervision and operation of the airport to the airport owner.
Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Public Works Director means the director of public works, or his or her designee.
Applicable Supervisory Regulations means the provisions of bank supervisory laws and any regulations and other rules thereunder applicable from time to time (including, but not limited to, the BRRD, the CRD, the CRR and the guidelines and recommendations of the European Banking Authority and/or the European Central Bank, the administrative practice of any competent authority, any applicable decision of a court and any applicable transitional provisions) relating to capital adequacy, solvency, other prudential requirements and/or resolution and applicable to the Issuer and/or the banking group to which the Issuer belongs from time to time.
Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.
Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
supervisory body means a functionary or institution referred to in Schedule 2;
Defendant/Person Under Supervision means any pretrial releasee, probationer, parolee, mandatory releasee, mandatory parolee, or supervised releasee receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or substance use assessment/treatment, mental health assessment/evaluation/treatment, and or sex offense specific evaluation/treatment/testing while under the supervision of the Federal Probation or Pretrial Services Office. Hereinafter, the term defendant applies to those on pretrial supervision, whereas person under supervision applies to those on post- conviction supervision.
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Site Supervisor means a Site employee, agent, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the ELP.
Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Public safety officer means a member serving a public
Transition training means written and verbal instructions
Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;
