Impact site definition

Impact site means that portion of a wetland area within the right-of-way either surrounded by uplands within the right-of-way or lying between upland segments of the right-of-way within which clearing of vegetation to the ground is proposed to occur;

Impact site means wetlands and other surface waters as delineated pursuant to the 1987 Wetland Delineation Manual and applicable Supplements that would be impacted by the project. Uplands shall not be included as part of the impact site.
