Impacted Areas definition

Impacted Areas means areas of the EPA where total phosphorus concentrations in the upper 10 centimeters of the soils are greater than 500 mg/kg.
Impacted Areas means the tributary and wetland impacts as identified in the Defendants’ Summary of Pre-Development Aquatic Resource Extent and Construction Impact Assessment, as approved by EPA on July 27, 2015 (see Appendix B).

Impacted Areas means the 48 HUD designated counties in the State of Texas that received a Presidential Disaster Declaration after Hurricane Harvey. Note: Harris County and the City of Houston received a direct allocation from HUD and therefore are not included as Impacted Areas under this RFP.

  • Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;
