Impacted Employee definition

Impacted Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12.”
Impacted Employee means an individual who, at any time from the date this section becomes a law until two years after the end of the implementation period, is employed by a third party payer or is a health care provider administrative employee, and whose employment ends as a result of the implementation of the New York Health program.
