Implementation Contract definition

Implementation Contract means those portions of this Contract that refer to the Project.
Implementation Contract means the Contract Relating to the Implementation of the Nunavut Final Agreement signed on May 25, 1993 or any successor agreement made for the purpose of implementing the NLCA;
Implementation Contract indicates the different forms of the agreement, envisaged by the Regulations “Conventions and contracts for activities in collaboration or on behalf of third parties of Politecnico”, hereinafter for brevity “Regulations” which are used to implement the activities and the agreements covered by the partnership.
