Implementation Deed definition

Implementation Deed means that certain Implementation Deed dated as of November 27, 2020 entered into among the Target, the Investor, the managers party thereto, Bidco and the Company relating to the Target Acquisition.

Examples of Implementation Deed in a sentence

  • If the Merger Implementation Deed is terminated or the Scheme has not become Effective on or before the End Date, the obligations of Intrepid under this deed poll will automatically terminate, unless Emperor and Intrepid otherwise agree in writing.
