Implementation Unit definition

Implementation Unit means the Cellule de Coordination du Projet d’Appui du Développement Xxxxxx created pursuant to Arrêté dated February 7, 2007, No. 001/MATUH/SG/2007 portant création d’une Cellule de Coordination du Projet d’Appui du Développement Urbain.
Implementation Unit means the unit to be established pursuant to Section 3.04 of this Agreement;
Implementation Unit means the unit established and operating within the Recipient’s ministry in charge of natural resources, energy and mining, pursuant to the IDA financing for the Malawi Electricity Access Project, dated October 18, 2019 (Credit 6461-MW and Grant D501-MW).

More Definitions of Implementation Unit

Implementation Unit means the unit established within Recipient’s ministry in charge of forest economy, for the purposes of the Northern Congo Agroforestry Project pursuant to the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Congo and International Development Association acting as an implementing entity of the Forest Investment Program under the Strategic Climate Fund (SCF - FIP LOAN NUMBER TF B5388), dated February 22, 2022.
Implementation Unit or “PIU” or “UGPE” each means Unidade de Gestão de Projetos Especiais, each means the implementation unit of the Bank financed Digital Cabo Verde Project (Credit Number 6792-CV ) dated December 8, 2020, the unit within the Ministry of Finance, established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s Decreto-lei 57/2009 Artigo 17, of December 14, 2009 and Resolucao 81/2017 of July 28th, 2017, referred to in Section 2.03 of Annex to this Agreement, responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Activities.
Implementation Unit means the unit established within the Recipient’s ministry of economy, planning and regional development, pursuant to the provisions of Financing Agreement for the Strengthening Public Sector Effectiveness and Statistical Capacity Project, between the Recipient and the Association, dated May 16, 2019 (Credit No. 6140-CM).
Implementation Unit means the unit within the MoFEA in charge of managing the overall implementation of the Integrated Financial Management Information System Project pursuant to the Financing Agreement between the Recipient and
Implementation Unit or “IU” means the unit established within the Recipient’s Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning, as referred to in Section 2.03 of the Annex to this Agreement.
Implementation Unit or “IU” means the Djiboutian Road Agency Agence (Djiboutienne des Routes or ADR) established within Recipient’s Ministry of Equipment and Transport, as referred to in Section 2.03 of Annex to this Agreement.
