Implementing ordinance definition

Implementing ordinance means an ordinance adopted to carry out the comprehensive plan, including, but not limited, to the provisions of this title.
Implementing ordinance. Village Ordinance No. 07-32 adopted by the Village on November 8, 2007, a copy of which is shown on attached Exhibit B. The Implementing Ordinance instituted a program to facilitate the transfer of development rights (“TDRs”) that would allow the Village to permit and regulate the transfer of development rights for residential and nonresidential properties within the Village while protecting environmental resources, encouraging the development of less environmentally sensitive parcels, facilitating the redevelopment and revitalization of the Village Center zoning district, and protecting private property rights. The terms and provisions of the Implementing Ordinance are, by this reference, incorporated into this Agreement.
Implementing ordinance means City of Oakley Ordinance No. 19-07.
