Import facility definition

Import facility means the facility at which imported California gasoline or CARBOB is first received in California, including, in the case of gasoline or CARBOB imported by cargo tank and delivered directly to a facility for dispensing gasoline into motor vehicles, the cargo tank in which the gasoline or CARBOB is imported.
