Inadequate Participant Access definition

Inadequate Participant Access means there is no WIC-authorized vendor within twenty (20) miles or would be no such vendor if a specific vendor’s agreement was terminated or suspended.
Inadequate Participant Access means the average monthly number of households redeeming food instruments at an authorized vendor is 20 or more and another authorized vendor is not within 7 miles.
Inadequate Participant Access means there are not at least 5 vendors within a 7 mile radius capable of redeeming food benefits for 20 or more WIC households.
