Incentive Unit Plan definition

Incentive Unit Plan means the incentive unit plan of the REIT which was established in 2013, as amended from time to time.
Incentive Unit Plan means the Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC and Southcross GP Management Holdings, LLC 2014 Equity Incentive Plan adopted as of August 4, 2014, as it may be amended from time to time.
Incentive Unit Plan means the AHI NEWCO, LLC Incentive Unit Plan entered into as of the Effective Date, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and this Agreement.

  • Incentive Units means those Partnership Interests described in Section 2 of the Incentive Unit Agreement.
