Incidental Travel Expenses. Pre-approved incidental travel expenses such as taxi cabs, airport parking and rental cars will be reimbursed based on receipts provided by the employee.
Incidental Travel Expenses means business expenses incurred while undertaking approved travel other than airfares and accommodation. Expenses such as reasonable business related hospitality and entertainment, domestic meals, taxi fares, business related communication, business related excess baggage and stationery are examples that fall into this category.

  • Incidental costs means expenses specified in a warranty incurred by a warranty holder and related to the failure of a vehicle protection product to perform as provided in the warranty. Incidental costs may include, but are not limited to, insurance policy deductibles, rental vehicle charges, the difference between the actual value of a stolen vehicle at the time of theft and the cost of a replacement vehicle, sales taxes, registration fees, transaction fees, and mechanical inspection fees.

  • Medical Expense means an expense incurred at the time a past member or his or her health reimbursement account dependent is furnished the medical care or service. To be considered a medical expense under this act, the expense shall meet all of the following conditions:

  • Transfer expenses means all expenses of a transfer that the transfer agreement requires the payee to pay or have deducted from the gross advance amount, including, but not limited to, court filing fees, attorney fees, escrow fees, lien recordation fees, judgment and lien search fees, finders' fees, commissions, and other payments to a broker or other intermediary. Transfer expenses do not include preexisting obligations of the payee that are payable for the payee's account from the proceeds of a transfer.

  • Common Expenses means expenditures made by or financial liabilities of the association, together with any allocations to reserves.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living or “IADL” means tasks consisting of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, transportation, medication management and meal preparation.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30.

  • Liquidation Expenses With respect to a Mortgage Loan in liquidation, unreimbursed expenses paid or incurred by or for the account of the Master Servicer or the related Servicers, such expenses including (a) property protection expenses, (b) property sales expenses, (c) foreclosure and sale costs, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, and (d) similar expenses reasonably paid or incurred in connection with liquidation.
