Airport Parking. 7.04.01 The Company agrees to pay the full cost of airport parking for Flight Attendants. In the event that a Flight Attendant lives in a city other than the designated base they may submit an expense claim (with receipts) and shall be reimbursed for the lesser of the actual monthly cost of parking or the cost of parking at their designated check-in locations.
Airport Parking. Reimbursement for short-term parking at airports is not permitted due to excessive cost. Travelers need to use general, long term or offsite parking and provide receipts for reimbursement. In all cases, the availability of airport shuttle service needs to be considered and used whenever possible. The cost of taxi or airport limousine service should be compared to the cost of parking and the lower cost alternative chosen.
Airport Parking. 12.5.1 The Company shall reimburse to an Officer fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the monthly rate for parking at the Officer’s Home Base airport to a maximum reimbursement of $50 per month.

If the Musician is required to take a return flight to an airport other than the airport of origin, and the Musician has elected mileage as the preferred from of transport, the Musician may request that the Manager arranges for the return flight to be to the original airport of origin and pays for the mileage costs to the next destination or home as appropriate. Airport Parking. 17.5.1 The Company agrees to pay the full cost of airport parking and transportation to and from the parking facility and the required departure/arrival building for all FCMs.
