Incorporated Terms Memorandum definition

Incorporated Terms Memorandum means the incorporated terms memorandum entered into between, amongst others, the Issuer and the Security Trustee on or about the Closing Date.

Incorporated Terms Memorandum means the memorandum so named dated on or about the Closing Date and signed for the purpose of identification by each of the Transaction Parties;

• The terms of the Incorporated Terms Memorandum are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
