Indenture Parties definition

Indenture Parties means the Issuers and the Subsidiary Parties.
Indenture Parties means collectively Collxxx & Xikmxx Xxxducts Co. as issuer, the Company as Guarantor, and First Union National Bank of North Carolina as Trustee.
