Index Linked Interest Provisions. In respect of each Security, the amount due and payable (if any) in respect of each Interest Payment Date shall be an amount equal to the Interest Amount determined in respect of such date.

  • Fixed Rate Note means any Class A-1 Note, Class A-2a Note, Class A-3 Note or Class A-4 Note.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Interest Payment Date means such Business Day, on which the fixed interest is in fact due and payable. This may fall on a Fixed Coupon Date or may shift to the appropriated Business Day – if the Fixed Coupon Date falls on a day which is not a Business Day – based on the application of the adjustment provision as set out in § 5[(4)][(5)][(6)] (Business Day Convention).

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-1a Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) the First Call Date or any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date;

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • LIBOR Interest Payment Date means, with respect to a LIBOR Rate Loan, the Termination Date and the last day of each Interest Period applicable to such Loan or, with respect to each Interest Period of greater than three months in duration, the last day of the third month of such Interest Period and the last day of such Interest Period.

  • Extended Interest Payment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Interest Payment Dates July 1, October 1, January 1 and April 1. Record Dates: June 15, September 15, December 15 and March 15. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Note set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Impacted Interest Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.
