Indirect Cost Centers definition

Indirect Cost Centers means cost centers whose Operating Expenses, Debt Service, and Capital Project Expenditures are allocated to other Airport Cost Centers.
Indirect Cost Centers means those Cost Centers shared by the Signatory Airlines and the Port, and include Maintenance, Aviation Security and Public Safety, Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting, Operations, Systems and Services, Administration, and Environmental, as more particularly described and defined on Exhibit E.
Indirect Cost Centers means those functional areas and related facilities established by Authority as areas that are not generally revenue producing areas and for which costs are not allocated to any Direct Cost Center under Authority’s accounting system, as more fully identified in “Exhibit B”.

  • The Indirect Cost Centers are Cost Centers to which only Operation and Maintenance Expenses are assigned; no Revenues are attributable to the Indirect Cost Centers.

More Definitions of Indirect Cost Centers

Indirect Cost Centers means those Cost Centers shared by Air Carriers and the Port, and include Maintenance, Aviation Security and Public Safety, Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting, Operations, Systems and Services, Administration, and Environmental.
Indirect Cost Centers means those Cost Centers described as such in Exhibit A.
Indirect Cost Centers means the Administration Cost Center, ARFF Cost Center, Fleet Cost Center, and Security Cost Center all as described in Article 7.

Related to Indirect Cost Centers

  • Indirect cost means any cost not directly identified with a single final cost objective, but identified with two or more final cost objectives or with at least one intermediate cost objective.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30.

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Indirect Cost Rate means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. If reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award, Grantor will not reimburse those Indirect Costs unless Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and period of time, unless Indirect Costs are reimbursed at a fixed rate.

  • Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.

  • Direct scattered radiation means that scattered radiation which has been deviated in direction only by materials irradiated by the useful beam (See "Scattered radiation").

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the

  • Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;
