Airport Cost Centers definition

Airport Cost Centers means certain areas of the Airport and the Airport System, which are also used in accounting for airport revenues and expenses and for calculating and adjusting certain rents, fees, and charges described herein, and as such areas now exist or may hereafter be modified or extended in accordance with the terms hereof, and as more particularly described below. The Airfield, Terminal 1, Terminal Apron, Terminal 2, Landside Area, IAF, and Other Areas are shown in Exhibits B, C, D, E, F, and G, which shall be updated periodically by MAC to reflect changes to Airport Cost Centers in accordance with the terms hereto.
Airport Cost Centers or “Cost Centers” shall mean collectively the following cost centers, as illustrated on Exhibit D and as the same may hereafter be amended from time to time. Such Airport Cost Centers shall be used for purposes of accounting for Airport Revenues and Airport Expenses and for calculating and adjusting certain rentals, fees and charges as specified in this Agreement:

Examples of Airport Cost Centers in a sentence

  • Total annual expenditures subject to Amortization shall not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000) for all Airport Cost Centers combined during any Fiscal Year.

  • The annual costs associated with each of the indirect cost centers shall be allocated to each of the Airport Cost Centers based on the allocations as set forth in Exhibit M, Indirect Cost Center Allocation, which allocations may be amended from time to time by mutual consent of MAC and a Majority-In-Interest of Signatory Airlines.

  • Proceeds of any insurance maintained by MAC payable with respect to such casualty shall be applied to such repair or reconstruction or shall be credited to the appropriate Airport Cost Centers.

  • The annual costs associated with each of the indirect cost centers shall be allocated to each of the applicable Airport Cost Centers based on the allocations as set forth in Exhibit M, Indirect Cost Center Allocation, which allocations may be reasonably adjusted from time to time by MAC and approved by a Majority-In-Interest of Signatory Airlines.

  • The net Bond Redemption and Improvement Requirement shall be allocated on the basis of Debt Service Requirements to the Airport Cost Centers.

  • The allocation of cost, debt service or amortization charges to Airport Cost Centers.

  • At the end of three (3) years, the City agrees that any janitorial services still being provided by City will be in Airport Cost Centers that are not paid for by Airline, except to the extent that they are part of the indirect cost allocation.

  • This Line Item includes those expenses directly assignable to the Terminal or Airfield Cost Centers and those expenses associated with Maintenance and Operating of the Airport that are not directly assignable but are allocated to the Airport Cost Centers.

  • Capital Improvement in Airport Cost Centers other than the Landside Terminal Building, Concourse A, Concourse B, the Baggage Handling System, Loading Bridges, the Apron Area, and the Airfield Area, which will not impact airline’s rents and fees.

  • County shall maintain accounting records that will document the following items for each of the Airport Cost Centers: (1) Revenues; (2) Maintenance and Operating Expenses; (3) Equipment and Capital Outlays; (4) Annual Debt Service Requirement; and (5) Amortization of the Cost of Capital Improvements financed by County from other than bonds and grants-in-aid.

Airport Cost Centers means the following direct cost centers to be used in accounting for Airport revenues and expenses and for calculating and adjusting certain rents, fees, and other charges associated with various Airport areas or facilities as they now exist or as they may hereafter be reconstructed, modified, changed, or developed:
