Indirect Sales definition

Indirect Sales means all sales of Licensed Product(s) through Pharvaris’ Sublicensees.
Indirect Sales means net sales by distributors of the general purpose ICEM CFD product which has not been customized for use with such distributor's products.
Indirect Sales means the sale of goods exclusively via mail order, telephone, fax, internet, digital platform or website, but shall not include a Retail Store.
