Indirect Sales definition

Indirect Sales means net sales by distributors of the general purpose ICEM CFD product which has not been customized for use with such distributor's products.
Indirect Sales means all sales of Licensed Product(s) through Pharvaris’ Sublicensees.
Indirect Sales means Net Sales of the Product by or on behalf of any Licensee in or for the Indirect Sales Territories.
