Service Application. The Supplier’s Service Application must include as a minimum an overview of the G-Cloud Service and information about: ● the scope of the G-Cloud Service, for example any constraints Buyers should know about like maintenance windows ● whether the Supplier is a reseller or not ● any support the Supplier provides ● how users work with the G-Cloud Service ● the G-Cloud Service onboarding and offboarding process ● an overview of pricing, including unit prices, volume discounts and data extraction costs ● the Supplier’s security certifications and standards ● the Supplier’s approach to personnel security
Service Application. 5.1. The Merchant must complete the Application Process to apply for the either or all of the Services. 5.2. The Merchant is required to submit the Application together with the Merchant’s FICA Documents and any other supporting documents that VPS may request. 5.3. The Application Process shall require the Merchant to provide: 5.3.1. relevant information that is required to sufficiently identify the Merchant; 5.3.2. Services that the Merchant would like to procure from VPS; 5.3.3. Authorised Person nominated to conduct the Merchant Account; and 5.3.4. Merchant’s nominated Bank Account. 5.4. VPS undertakes to send the Fee Schedule to the Merchant during the Application Process 5.5. If there is any information outstanding during the Application Process, VPS shall request such information from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, VPS shall not approve the Merchant to use the Services if there is information that is outstanding. If information is outstanding for more than one calendar month, the Merchant will be required to submit a new Application with updated information. 5.6. By completing the Application Process, the Merchant makes an offer to do business with VPS and VPS is entitled to decide at its sole discretion whether or not to accept the offer. 5.7. For the purpose of the Application Process, the Merchant hereby authorises and consents to VPS performing an upfront and ongoing credit and regulatory check on the Merchant, its business and/or any other principal, partner, trustees, members, proprietor, director or owner of the Merchant’s business. 5.8. Once the Application Process is complete, VPS shall: 5.8.1. advise the Merchant in writing of the approval; and 5.8.2. create a Merchant Account on the Merchant Portal for the Merchant; and 5.9. The Merchant warrants that the information it may provide to VPS is true and accurate. 5.10. The Merchant can commence processing Transactions from the Activation Date but such Transaction will not be settled in the Merchant’s Bank Account by VPS until and unless the Merchant’s FICA Documentation has been received, reviewed, approved by VPS.

Service Application. Users intending to access, or who are accessing, the SiteLink API to serve 100 or more store locations are required to complete the application located at (xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx). Users in this category of service are required to obtain written permission to access the SiteLink API above the issuance of an API license key and acceptance of this agreement and the conditions of the license key request form.
Service Application. You represent and warrant to NPC that all information in the Service Application is correct and complete, including but not limited to the average ticket size and average monthly volume. You may present Electronic Check Transactions to us only for the activities and in the volumes described on the Service Application. Any variance in the stated average ticket size and monthly volume could result in increased fees, delayed and/or withheld settlement of funds, or termination of this Agreement. You must notify NPC in writing of any changes to the information in the Service Application, including but not limited to: any additional location or new business, the identity of principals and/or owners, the form of business organization (i.e., sole proprietorship, partnership, etc.), type of goods and services provided, and how sales are completed (i.e., by telephone, mail, electronic commerce, or in person at your place of business). The notice must be received by NPC within 10 business days of the change. You will provide updated information to NPC within a reasonable time upon request. You are liable to NPC for all losses and expenses incurred by NPC arising out of your failure to report changes to us. NPC may immediately terminate this Agreement upon notification by you of a change to the information in the Service Application.

Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained.   • Regulatory Applications (a) Western and PNB and their respective Subsidiaries shall cooperate and use their respective reasonable best efforts to prepare all documentation, to effect all filings and to obtain all permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Western and PNB shall use their reasonable best efforts to make all required bank regulatory filings, including the appropriate filing with the Regulatory Authorities. Each of Western and PNB shall have the right to review in advance, and to the extent practicable each will consult with the other, in each case subject to applicable laws relating to the exchange of information, with respect to all material written information submitted to any third party or any Governmental Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. In exercising the foregoing right, each of the parties hereto agrees to act reasonably and as promptly as practicable. Each party hereto agrees that it will consult with the other party hereto with respect to the obtaining of all material permits, consents, approvals and authorizations of all third parties and Governmental Authorities necessary or advisable to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and each party will keep the other party appraised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. (b) Each party agrees, upon request, to furnish the other party with all information concerning itself, its Subsidiaries, directors, officers and shareholders and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary or advisable in connection with any filing, notice or application made by or on behalf of such other party or any of its Subsidiaries to any third party or Governmental Authority.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.

  • Scope of Application Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the dispute settlement provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to the settlement of all disputes between the Parties regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement, whenever a Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
