Individual Effective Date definition

Individual Effective Date means the date on which the Subscriber’s coverage becomes effective under the terms and conditions of this Subscriber Policy.
Individual Effective Date means the date on which the coverage of the Member becomes effective under the terms and conditions of this Certificate.
