Individual Relief definition

Individual Relief means Monetary Relief, and/or an offer of Settlement Promotion as defined in this Consent Decree, which a Claimant may receive pursuant to the terms of this Consent Decree.

Examples of Individual Relief in a sentence

  • At or after the Fairness Hearing on Individual Relief, the District Court shall determine which, if any, objections to the Proposed Monetary Awards List or to the Proposed Priority Hire Claimant List are well-founded.

  • If the Court determines that the individual relief awards are fair, reasonable, and xxx- xxxxx, the Court shall approve the Monetary Awards List and the Priority Hire Claimant List as final (collectively, the “Final Individual Relief Awards Lists”) at or after the Fairness Hearing on Individual Relief.

  • At or after the Fairness Hearing on Individual Relief, the Court shall determine which, if any, objections to the Proposed Individual Relief Awards List are well-founded.

  • Filing of Proposed Individual Relief Awards Lists with the Court 21 B.

  • To receive an award of individual relief, a Claimant must return to the Claims Admin- istrator an Acceptance of Individual Relief Award and Release of Claims Form as set forth in Appendix E of this Agreement, along with any applicable withholding tax forms, no later than forty (40) days after the Court approves the Final Individual Relief Awards List.
