Individual Work Weeks definition

Individual Work Weeks means weeks of employment for each Class Member as reflected by Defendant's corporate and business records, exclusive of leaves of absence, during the applicable class period. Approximations and averages will be used to cover periods where data is missing or otherwise not available.
Individual Work Weeks means the number of work weeks (a work period within a seven-day week or any fraction thereof) worked at PwC by a Class Member as an unlicensed Attest Senior Associate in California during the Recovery Period, exclusive of leaves of absence (if known), as reflected by PwC’s business records.
Individual Work Weeks means weeks of employment as a Locator for each Class Member as reflected by Defendant’s corporate and business records, exclusive of leaves of absence. Time spent by Class Members performing work while holding any job title other than Locator is specifically excluded from the Individual Work Weeks and shall not be used to compute Individual Settlement Payments.

  • If you believe the number of Individual Work Weeks listed above is incorrect, check the box below, and send this California FLSA Opt-In Form, a letter, and supporting documentation to the Settlement Administrator indicating what you believe are the correct number of Individual Work Weeks you worked for Skikos as a driver employee during the time period April 27, 2012 through [DATE OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL].

  • If the total Individual Settlement Payments plus all applicable Payroll Taxes equal less than 50% of the Net Settlement Amount based on the Claims submitted by the Claimants, the Settlement Administrator shall proportionately increase the Individual Settlement Payments and Payroll Taxes, as applicable, for each Claimant based on each Claimant’s Individual Work Weeks, in order to ensure that the Minimum Funding Commitment is achieved.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.
