Information Record definition

Information Record means any statement contained in any press release, material change report, financial statement or other document of Issuer or any Subsidiary which has been or is publicly disseminated pursuant to any applicable securities laws prior to the Closing Time;
Information Record means the document as shown as Schedule ‘F’ to this by-law.

Information Record means the Company's most recent annual report and all information contained in any press release, material change report (excluding any confidential material change report), financial statements or other document of the Company that has been publicly filed by or on behalf of the Company on the Magna reporting system pursuant to Applicable Securities Laws or otherwise and (b) "Magna" means the information reporting system maintained by the ISA.
Information Record means all information regarding the Corporation that is filed on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval commonly known as SEDAR and includes but is not limited to, all press releases, material change reports and financial statements of the Corporation;
Information Record means all information filed by the Corporation on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval, commonly known as SEDAR, during the period commencing January 1, 2012 to the date of Closing, together with all written information, if any, prepared by the Corporation and provided to the Lead Agent in connection with the Offering;

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Borrower, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • confidential records means those portions of correspondence, memoranda, files, manuals, books, lists, financial, operating or marketing records, magnetic tape, or electronic or other media or equipment of any kind in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control or accessible to Executive which contain any proprietary information. All confidential records shall be and remain the sole property of the Company during the Term and thereafter.
