Infrastructure Projects definition

Infrastructure Projects means all industrial and utility projects that includes, water and sewerage treatment and associated pumping stations, power generating stations, switchyards and substations, mines and quarries, oil refineries, petrochemical and hydrocarbon plants and related facilities, airports and runways and associated buildings, roads, freeways, bridges, tunnels, Major Industrial facilities and refining facilities including the processing and materials handling of cement and lime, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, coal and other minerals and the processing of timber and forestry products.

Infrastructure Projects means repair and maintenance projects requiring minor excavations as well as larger scale facilities projects involving trenching up to 200 linear metres and areal excavations up to 1,000 square metres.

Infrastructure Projects or “Projects” shall mean the annually recurring and remedial Work in the Sewer System and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (“MS4”) identified in Section IV of this IOCP.

Examples of Infrastructure Projects in a sentence

• Contract – Refers to the agreement entered into between the Procuring Entity and the Supplier or Manufacturer or Distributor or Service Provider for procurement of Goods and Services; Contractor for Procurement of Infrastructure Projects; or Consultant or Consulting Firm for Procurement of Consulting Services; as the case may be, as recorded in the Contract Form signed by the parties, including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein.

• Consulting Services – Refer to services for Infrastructure Projects and other types of projects or activities of the GOP requiring adequate external technical and professional expertise that are beyond the capability and/or capacity of the GOP to undertake such as, but not limited to: (i) advisory and review services; (ii) pre-investment or feasibility studies; (iii) design; (iv) construction supervision; (v) management and related services; and (vi) other technical services or special studies.

• Consulting Services – Refer to services for Infrastructure Projects and other types of projects or activities of the GOP requiring adequate external technical and professional expertise that are beyond the capability and/or capacity of the GOP to undertake such as, but not limited to: (i) advisory and review services; (ii) pre- investment or feasibility studies; (iii) design; (iv) construction supervision; (v) management and related services; and (vi) other technical services or special studies.

• In case of projects involving mixed procurements, the nature of the procurement, i.e., Goods, Infrastructure Projects or Consulting Services, shall be determined based on the primary purpose of the contract.

• Consulting Services – Refer to services for Infrastructure Projects and other types of projects or activities of the GOP requiring adequate external technical and professional expertise that are beyond the capability and/or capacity of the GOP to undertake such as, but not limited to: (i) advisory and review services; (ii) pre-investment or feasibility studies; (iii) design; (iv) construction supervision;(v) management and related services; and (vi) other technical services or special studies.

More Definitions of Infrastructure Projects

Infrastructure Projects means approved infrastructure capital improvements to the Airport, which are not Master Plan Projects and which have been designated in writing by the Airport Director or his designee to be funded in whole or in part from amounts in the Series Construction Accounts established pursuant to Section 15-48.05 in accordance with the Act, including, but not limited to, capital improvements related to the development and construction of a BART station at the Airport.
