The Issuer shall not issue, incur, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable, directly or indirectly, for any indebtedness except for the Indenture Notes, the Initial Class B Notes and Additional Class B Notes complying with the following sentence.
If the Liquidity Facility Provider does not give a Non-Extension Notice, then the effective Stated Expiration Date shall be automatically extended to the earlier of (i) the date that is fifteen (15) days after the Final Maturity Date for the Initial Class A Notes and Initial Class B Notes, and (ii) the date that is 364 days from the then effective Stated Expiration Date.
