Initial Development Budget definition

Initial Development Budget means the initial development budget prepared by representatives of Symphony Dynamo and Dynavax prior to the Closing Date, and attached to the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement as Annex D thereto.

More Definitions of Initial Development Budget

Initial Development Budget means the initial development budget prepared by representatives of Symphony Icon and Lexicon prior to the Closing Date, and attached to the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement as Annex C thereto.
