Initial Mode definition

Initial Mode means, the Variable Rate Mode designated by this Supplement for the period commencing on the Mode Commencement Date and ending on the Mode Termination Date.
Initial Mode has the meaning set forth in the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.
Initial Mode means the Interest Mode applicable to the Initial Term Rate Bonds throughout the Initial Term Rate Period.

Examples of Initial Mode in a sentence

  • The additional or different terms and conditions applicable to the MFP Shares in the Initial Mode effective on the effective date of this Statement are as set forth in the Supplement attached as Appendix A hereto.

  • If the Series 2012 Bonds could not be remarketed at the end of the Initial Mode Period, the Hospital would be subject to payment of the remaining principal of approximately$4,400,000 at the end of the Initial Mode Period.

  • During the Initial Mode Period, the Series 2012 Bonds would bear interest at the Initial Rate Mode (59.5% of Libor plus 232 or 247 basis points depending on the cash to debt ratio but in no event less than 2.45%) for 60 months with principal and interest payments determined using a 20-year amortization schedule.

  • The agreement provided that Regions would hold the Series 2012 Bonds during the Initial Mode Period which runs through March 2017.

  • The Fund may provide in any Mode Extension/Change Notice that such Mode extension or change is subject to one or more additional conditions precedent and that the Fund shall not be required to effect such change unless each such condition has been satisfied at the time or times and in the manner specified in such Mode Extension/Change Notice; provided, that no such conditions shall affect the timing of termination or expiration of the [Initial] Mode or the consequences of a Failed Transition Event.

  • The terms of the extension of the [Initial] Mode or the new Mode may not, in any event, affect the parity ranking of MFP Shares relative to each other or to any other series of Preferred Shares of the Fund then outstanding with respect to dividends or distribution of assets upon dissolution, liquidation or winding up of the affairs of the Fund.

  • In such event, subject to Section 3.4(b), the Failed Transition Period shall commence and be deemed an extension of the [Initial] Mode and, for each Dividend Reset Period or portion thereof during the Failed Transition Period, the Dividend Rate shall be the Failed Transition Period Dividend Rate.

  • For so long as any MFP Shares are Outstanding during the [Initial] Mode, the Fund shall have Asset Coverage of at least 225% as of the close of business on each Business Day.

Related to Initial Mode

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

  • Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(a).

  • Development Period Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Enhancement Agreement means any agreement, instrument or document governing the terms of any Series Enhancement or pursuant to which any Series Enhancement is issued or outstanding.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
